When you want speed, you want LTE. LTE or “Long Term Evolution” refers to the process and idea of meeting demand by improving wireless broadband speeds. LTE has lower latency and higher speeds. Using air interfaces or radio links, LTE transmits data. It needs one radio link for its downlink, transmission from tower to device, and one link, its uplink, for transmission from device to tower. This is what differentiates LTE from its slower predecessor, the 3G network. It optimizes wireless connections by employing different interfaces, improving network operation and utilizing the device battery better.
